Ticket requirements:

Reservations must be made at least 28 days before departure on unitedairlines.co.jp. Reservations and ticketing must be completed at the same time. Travel must occur between October 12, 2010, and March 31, 2011. Go Hawaii B fares (Fare code: B__RCJ) are applicable for the promotion. Check details of Go Hawaii B fares. The international flight in the itinerary must be United flight 880 or 879. Other flights in the itinerary must be marketed by United Airlines. Flights to/from the Hawaiian Islands are not eligible. Tickets purchased before the start of the promotion are not eligible for the upgrade. Upgrade may be lost when you change the reservation. Mileage Plus® miles will be accrued based on the fare paid.
