Airfare Terms and Conditions

1. Offer can be booked online at www.ba.com. If you book through a British Airways call center, you will be charged an additional $20 per ticket for processing.
2. $1055 advertised Club World fare is each way based on round–trip, 14–day advance purchase, select "I" class Club World fare for outbound travel June 28 – September 3, 2011 from New York (JFK & Newark) to London on British Airways services and British Airways codeshare services operated by American Airlines only.
3. Fares may be higher from other US gateways, on alternative travel dates and to other destinations.
4. Fares do not include government fees and taxes of approximately $308, and a $2.50 September 11th Security Fee.
5. For new bookings only made June 8 – June 16, 2011.
6. Refunds from previously purchased higher fare types not permitted.
7. Minimum stay Saturday night. Maximum stay 11 months.
8. Changes to bookings made in Club World are permitted, prior to the ticketed departure time of each flight, for a fee of $500, subject to availability. The itinerary will be re–priced using fares in effect on the date the ticket is reissued and must meet all rule provisions of the newly ticketed fare.
9. Cancellation fee of $500 applies for select Club World itineraries prior to the ticketed departure time of the outbound flight. Club World itineraries are non–refundable after ticketed departure time.
10. Executive Club members can earn BA Miles per the terms and conditions of the Executive Club.
11. Infant without a seat will pay 10% of adult fare and infant with a seat pays 75% of the fare.
12. Child pays 75% of the fare.
13. Unaccompanied minors pay 100% of the adult fare.
14. Open to US residents paying in US dollars only, for flight departures originating in the US.
15. Subject to availability.
16. Cannot be combined with any other offer.
17. Other significant restrictions may apply.

Hotel Terms and Conditions

1. The hotel discount offer is only open to US residents paying in US dollars and is valid for new bookings only made June 8 – 16, 2011 for travel June 28 – September 3, 2011.
2. The hotel discount offer is valid on selected 4 star and 5 star London hotels and is valid on a maximum of 7 nights accommodation, additional nights accommodation will be at standard rates. The discount offer must be booked in the same transaction as round-trip transatlantic British Airways airfare, originating in the US only.
3. Hotels offering a discount are as follows: 50% discount from normal selling price valid at The Ritz and The Savoy, 30% discount from normal selling price valid at the Athenaeum hotel, Grange St Paul's hotel and The Wyndham Grand London Chelsea Harbour and 25% discount from normal selling price valid at 4 star K+K Hotel George, 4 star The Beauchamp hotel and 4 star Rembrandt hotel. Discount is available for the travel period June 28 – September 3, 2011, except the Athenaeum hotel where a 30% discount is valid from July 1 – September 3, 2011.
4. Prices are based on 2 people sharing a standard twin or double room and are based on selected travel dates from June 28 – September 3, 2011.
5. Any changes to your booking during the promotional period will be subject to a $25 amendment fee per change, per booking and are subject to availability. If changed travel dates result in higher rates, you will be charged the additional amount.
6. Any changes to your hotel booking after the promotional period will result in you forfeiting the original discount given and your booking will be re-priced at the published rates at that time.
7. Hotels added separately to your flight either through the Manage My Booking links or from the Hotel button on the search box will not be eligible for the discount.
8. No cash alternative.
9. Subject to availability.
10. Cannot be combined with any other offer.
11. Other significant restrictions may apply.
